Transportation

Transportation on arrival to the resort is included with the minimum night stay.  You’ll be met on arrival at the airport or Road Town ferry dock.  A surcharge of $25 will apply to a pick-up from the West End ferry dock.  Please let us know your arrival details two weeks prior to travel.  If you have any delays with your flight or change to the ferry, please contact Surfsong's office to avoid waiting fees. 

Bicycles

We have four bicycles that you may borrow to go to Long Bay Beach or Trellis Bay.  Please see us in the office for helmets and locks – use of the bikes is complimentary and at your own risk – there is a charge of $25 to repair tires if damaged during your use (limited to Trellis & Long Bay).

Telephone/DSL
Your villa has a dedicated phone line and answering machine. The number will be given to you when your reservation is confirmed so that you may leave it with those who may need to reach you. Your villa number will not be given to callers but the resort staff will kindly take messages for you to ensure your privacy.
Use of the resort’s DSL line is complimentary. You are welcome to use the computer in the boutique or to access wireless from your own laptop.

A cellular telephone phone is provided for your use free of charge. You will be charged only for the minutes used and for replacement if it is lost or damaged.

Snorkel Equipment
No need to fill your luggage with gear – we have ample stock of snorkels, fins and masks.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is included every second day or three times a week in the rental rates.

Welcome beverage
After a day of travel, begin to unwind with a refreshing island drink.

Provisions
We will be happy to pre-stock your villa with the food and beverage of your choice. Grocery shopping will be billed to you at cost of groceries plus 20% and $25 for delivery and stocking.

Spa Services
Select from an array of spa services available in the privacy of your villa or at the Resort’s massage pavilion.

Massage at $120/hour – Reflexology, Swedish, Deep Tissue or Shiatsu, Aromatherapy (add $20 for aromatherapy massage.

Massages at 1.5 hours including Hot Stone massage $160

Indian Head Massage $40

Thai Massage Up to 2 hours $140 to $175

Manicure $55, pedicure $70.

Facials arranged from $65 to $95. 

Hair and make-up services available on request and as available. 

This is just a selection of services - if you have any special request please let us know and we'll see what we can arrange.  We select the best therapists on island for your specific needs - all services are based on the availability of the therapist so please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Business Services
Send a fax, use the resort’s guest computer, print out proposals, scan documents, send a courier package or copy papers. Surfsong will assist you with all of your office requirements.
Long distance calls will be billed at the rates from the BVI telephone company plus $1/call. Local calls will be billed at $0.50. There is no additional fee for use of the resort’s DSL line. You are welcome to use the computer in the boutique or to access wireless from your own laptop.
Print-outs and copies $.25
Scan $1.
Courier arrangements free of charge.

Transportation and Car Rental
Let us know what kind of vehicle you’d like and where you might want to explore and we’ll make the arrangements. We’ll quote rentals for you and confirm the reservation – in most cases, your car rental can be waiting for you at the resort when you arrive.

Housekeeping
Additional housekeeping to the included three days per week, can be arranged.  Rates are from $40 to $80 per visit.

Laundry
Personal laundry may be done for you. $20/load for wash, dry and fold. Ironing service available for minimal charge.
